A nine-storey stepped modern architecture building will be constructed on the plot of almost thirty ares in Naujamiestis, A. Vivulskio st. 18.
Plans include construction of 71 flats with underground parking sites.
Bright two and four-room prestigious apartments of the area ranging between 52 and 101 m² are designed.
Two-room apartments: 52 - 65 m2;
Three-room apartments: 58 - 90 m2;
Four-room apartments: 97 - 101 m2.
- Balconies, lounges and terraces - all apartments will have open balconies or spacious about 7 m² glassed lounges.
- Prestigious apartments with large 25 - 63 m² terraces will be erected on the upper floors.
- Car parking sites will be erected on sub-basement and basement floors.
- Utility rooms designed on the ground floor of the building will be convenient for keeping bicycles and other rarely used inventory.
