Dwelling acquisition procedure |
Brief description of partial finish
| Exterior walls | Light-tile brickwork, heating with stone wool, facade finishing of quarry-tile and decorative plaster. Ground floor covered with quarry tiles. |
| Interior walls and partitions | Partitions between flats - blocks with acoustic insulation, plastered, not puttied. Partitions between rooms - gypsum cardboard, joints not grouted and surface not covered with putty. Apartment interior partitions between plumbing units - masonry, plastered, not puttied. Interior partitioning can be erected according to the buyer's project. |
| Ceiling | Ceiling - metal framework covered with one-layer gypsum cardboard (joints not grouted). Flat premises of about 2.60 m height. |
| Windows and window sills | Flat provided with five-chamber plastic profile window frames filled with one-chamber insulating glass units. Minimum one window in the room opens in both directions. An air vent for air inflow is integrated in the insulating glass unit of at least one window in the room. Interior window sills not erected. |
| Door | Front door of the flat is of armoured type with a door-eye and double-lock. Interior door not erected. |
| Flooring | Concrete levelling floor base is laid over the whole flat area. Bathrooms Hydro insulation is spread over concrete levelling layer in bathrooms. |
| Balconies and lounges | Quarry tile finishing of balcony and lounge floor. Erection of fencing. Lounge glazing - frameless glass structure with a fixed bottom and a mobile top. |
| Heating | Centralised collector urban network heating system. Erection of white sheet-steel radiators with heat control devices. Floor heating not installed. |
| Air-conditioning | Natural air conditioning in flats. Regular air inflow in residential premises through window-mounted air gaps. Erection of exhaust ventilation channels from the plumbing unit and kitchen. A separate ventilation channel provided for connection of vapour collection device. Horizontal tinned air gaps and ventilation grating not erected. |
| Cooling | Each flat will be equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioner to service either a living-room or a bedroom (see the Project). Air conditioner exterior blocks be mounted on the ground floor, roof and in balconies. |
| Electricity | Installation of electricity meters for common-use premises and flats according to the Project. |
| Domestic distribution system | Connected to the main urban distribution system. In the plumbing unit and kitchen zones water system and sewage pipes connected to the projected location of plumbing equipment. Plumbing equipment not installed. |
| Staircases, elevators | Erection of stairways with full finishing according to the Project. The front stairway door made of metal with adjacently installed coded local communication system. Stairs of the stairway made of prefabricated r/c rungs, staircases covered with quarry tiles. Handrails made of metal, painted, guard bars - made of wood. Elevators erected in each stairway. |
| Environment | Environment upkeep, erection of playing grounds for children, benches, swings, a sand box. Surfacing - asphalt concrete, blocks, quarry tiles. Planting of lawns and lighting of yards. |
