ABOUT THE PROJECT


A stepped nine-storey building of modern architecture with 71 partially finished apartments will be erected on a plot of almost 30 acres at 18 A. Vivulskio St. in the Naujamiestis district.

Naujamiestis is the perfect dwelling district for active, ambitious and busy people. The centre of the city, where cultural events and entertainment are concentrated, is within easy walking distance.

The Vivulskio apartment buildings will be erected in a quiet part of the street secluded from traffic and noise pollution. Thus people residing here will be able to enjoy the advantages of a modern city lifestyle and be at the centre of events while maintaining a cosy and tranquil home.

In the Vivulskio apartment buildings, functional and prestigious two, three and four room apartments of various sizes (52-101 m2) facing all the cardinal points have been planned: the majority of the apartments face the southeast and southwest.

On A.Vivulskio St. there is a nursery-kindergarten "Mažylis" for 1-7 year old children. Another nursery-kindergarten „Geniukų kalvė" for all pre-school age children is situated on Muitinės St. which is also in the neighbourhood. There are two schools located quite near: Mindaugas secondary school where the language of instruction is Lithuanian and Naujamiestis secondary school where the language of instruction is Russian.

Each apartment is to be equipped with air conditioning so that residents will be able to enjoy the sunlight without suffering from excessive heat in the summer.

Preliminary start date of construction - 3rd quarter of 2007.
Preliminary end date of construction - 4th quarter of 2009.
